First here is a nice key to identify different minerals. Covers what the different identifying aspects are and how to use them on a field sample. Than it gives a dichotomous key that students can use to identify their own samples.
The other link is from a random home school mom. What I like there are the different crystal shape that the students can cut out and make them selves. Even the most disinterested teenager can usually geek out if given scissors and glue.
