Cryosphere Scientific Research Portal

https://https://neptune.gsfc.nasa.gov/csb/   This is a NASA site that is interesting because it is based on ongoing research and compares ice behavior at both poles and has weekly updates and comparisons over the years of the extent of ice at the poles; this could be useful in teaching to help students be more familiar with polar ice and for discussions about how climate and climate change may be changing polar ice. Also, I thought it could be really good for secondary kids to see this site because it shows scientists who are doing research, and also shows college students who are participating in research and learning how to be researchers, and even a recent high school graduate who is an intern in this part of NASA- this could demonstrate to students that they could actually do these things.
