Alaskan Landscape

The above link includes information and an animation of how the Bering Strait and the resulting shape of Alaska formed over thousands of years as a result of glacial melt; this would be a good example to use to teach students that landforms are slowly and constantly changing over time as a result of dynamic processes–in this case, the erosion caused by melting glaciers.
